APWLink USB interface board based on the STA120D

The STEVAL-CCA035V1 demonstration board implements an APWLink designed as a USB interface board to control ST Sound Terminal® demonstration boards.

In addition, in order to provide controlling signals to external Sound Terminal® demonstration boards, analog/digital audio inputs are also provided within APWLink.

Key Features

  • Directly powered by USB cable (type b). No external power supply is needed.
  • Electrical and optical inputs are supported
  • Analog input signal (there is an onboard ADC STA529Q to convert the analog signal to digital)
  • Supported serial digital formats by STA120D:
    • S/PDIF
    • AES/EBU
    • IEC 958
    • EIAJ CP-340/1201
  • RoHS compliant
