The percentage of women in senior and executive management is constantly increasing each year. To have a close look at the equality of opportunities, when we consider the promotion rate by gender and by category, the data indicates that women are promoted to an equal extent or more than men in some regions. Across all regions, women consistently have more promotions in the operator category, but this should be considered along with the number of women as a percentage of total operators.

Ensuring equal opportunities for employees with disabilities is another important aspect of our strategy with a global budget to support the integration of disabled employees  over US$ 2 millions.
