TSZ12 series: ultra precision and low-power op amp for IoT applications

ST’s zero-drift op amps ideal choice for sensor and control interfaces in a wide range of battery-powered IoT applications.

The devices operate from 1.8V to 5.5V, with quiescent current below 40μA at 5V, gain-bandwidth product of 400kHz, and ultra-low input bias current.

TSU111: Nano-power (900 nA) and high accuracy (150 µV) op amp

With an ultra-low-power consumption of 900 nA (typical) and a tiny 1.2 x 1.3 mm outline, the TSU111 nano-power op amp consumes very little power and space. With a supply voltage ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 V, the TSU111 can be efficiently supplied by a coin-type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications. Its low minimum voltage allows the device to run longer and simplifies use in equipment powered by energy-harvesting systems such as photovoltaic (PV) cells.

The TSU111 offers an outstanding input offset voltage guaranteed below 150 µV along with a low noise of only 3.6 µVpp over a 0.1 to 10 Hz bandwidth, ensuring high accuracy in signal-conditioning circuits in battery-supplied portable applications.
