The HCMOS devices of this class are ideal for 1.65 V to 3.6 V low-power and low-noise applications. They can be interfaced to the 5 V signal environment for both inputs and outputs and have better speed performance at 3.3 V than the 5 V AC/ACT family, combined with a lower power consumption. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge, giving them immunity to 2 kV ESD immunity and excess transient voltage.
