These devices are specifically designed to meet hi-rel requirements and space applications and are available with supply voltage from 2 V up to 6 V, high speed and low power consumption. They offer an excellent immunity to radiations up to 50 krad and are ESCC qualified. Operating temperature ranges from -55 to 150 °C.
