ST’s RFID and RF memory products use advanced EEPROM memory technologies that provide the required level of reliability and quality. They are based on the 13.56 MHz carrier frequency band. The short range products (SR) support the ISO 14443 standard and provide an operating range of up to 10 cm. The long range products (LR) support the ISO 15693 standard and provide a range of up to 1 meter.
