SofTec Microsystems, an independent developer and global
distributor of a range of microcontroller programming and
development tools, provides the FlashRunner
production programmer for ST Microcontrollers. With high-speed
programming capability, standalone operation and hardware/software
design that facilitates integration on Automatic Test Equipment,
the FlashRunner is made for easy integration in a production
environment.
The FlashRunner offers the flexibility to program a complete
range of current and future ST microcontrollers thanks to
its support of a range of programming interface protocols
including the industry standard JTAG interface for ARM core-based
devices and the ST standard ICC interface for ST7.
The FlashRunner can function autonomously on a production
line with projects, binary images and log files stored on
its standard SD memory card. Host connection for programming
operations or system configuration is provided via serial
or Ethernet interface.
