Processor STR710FZ2T6 from ST Microelectronics
exists there test-soft which makes it possible to place a static test patterns on the EMI (external Memory) bus and I/O Ports pins by means of the JTAG bus? Some of these signals go in my design to FPGA where these cane be raed back by means of or boudary scan tools (JTAG testing).
