STPC ATLAS used,
when ACCESS= 0022h/0023h Regoffset= 050h Bit4 set to 1 (ISA clock is PCICLK/4) during Win98 OS installing , the mouse and keyboard can not work!
what other register need to be taken care when ACCESS= 0022h/0023h Regoffset= 050h Bit4 is set to 1?
note that when ACCESS= 0022h/0023h Regoffset= 050h Bit4 set to 0 (ISA clock is 14.31818 MHz/2)
