Are they any instruction on placing silk screen on rotor areas?

Hello Guy,
There are no specific instruction on placing a silk creen on the rotor.
The only thing I would recommend is:
- Do not use conductive ink
- Tune up the Cs capacitors with the full panel mounted (ink, plasic, glass, glue...)
And it should work prety well!
