The ST19 crypto-processor  is a serial access microcontroller designed for cost-effective secure portable applications. It is manufactured using a highly reliable ST CMOS EEPROM technology. however it is not recommended for new designs.

These chips are not recommended for new designs and are replaced by the ST23YRxx series.
