ST’s dynamic NFC/RFID tags come with a large range of reference designs, evaluation tools, and application notes. They are housed in various packages, in 3 memory densities (4, 16 and 64 Kbits), and are backward compatible with serial EEPROMs. ST provides a complete solution with a companion RF transceiver, and many driver libraries for MCUs, including the STM32 and STM8.
