STマイクロエレクトロニクスは、照明およびパワー･マネジメント･アプリケーションにおけるリーダーシップを活用することで、効率性や小型化および精密度といった、LED照明における各目標値を満たすことが可能となる、最も一般的な回路アーキテクチャを設計できるようにします。 幅広い専用製品および評価ボードが、1次または2次調整を行うフライバック･コンバータ、シングルまたはマルチLEDストリング用HPF（High Power Factor）フライバック･コンバータ、マルチ･ストリング駆動ステージを持つレゾナント･コンバータに対応しています。 主なアプリケーションとしては、電球の代替品、LED機器、建築用および装飾用の照明から街路照明に及んでいます。 また、有線（PLC）または無線（RF）通信技術と専用インタフェースによって、スマート･システム製品が補完されます。
