POISED IN FIVE HIGH-GROWTH SECTORS

Because we have always focused on business sectors benefiting most from prevailing consumer trends, we are now well positioned to capitalize on the enviable growth potential of some of the most important market arenas. Those sectors are Wireless Communications and Networking, Digital Consumer Products, Computer Peripherals, Automotive Products and Smartcards. POWER FROM SECTOR DIVERSITY. And because we are partnered with leaders in each of those sectors, we are able to cross-pollinate best practices from these technologically diverse fields. GROWTH FROM GROWTH. Each of our five sectors feature strong growth dynamics for semiconductors. Some are growing rapidly themselves. Others are also converting an increasingly greater proportion of their components to semi-conductors. In other words, we are growing within a growing universe. A COMPLEMENTARY STANDARD PRODUCT STRATEGY. Accounting for 34% of our revenues, standard products also allow us to broaden our offering to customers with vital components as important as Flash memories and Power transistors, while at the same time optimizing use of our production facilities.
