A mobile multimedia project led by ST has won the prestigious award for European Collaborative Innovation in Microelectronics.

The award aims to stimulate innovation in the European microelectronics industry. It recognizes innovative, practical designs likely to have a major impact on the markets. The award was presented to the project leader Max Tournier, from Rousset, who represented our Imaging Division at the official ceremony in Barcelona, Spain. The project ran for four years with the aim of creating a common development environment for low-power, highly portable multimedia applications.
