STUniversity (STU) develops and deploys strategic and company-wide training programs. We offer a flexible curriculum of training programs and customized workshops designed to meet the evolving training needs of ST and our people.

Our training programs emphasize applying what you learn in the work environment to enhance job performance. We use a number of training methods to help assimilate learning, such as lecturing, group exercises, case studies and simulations. E-learning is widely deployed as an effective and efficient way to reach more people more quickly in our global company and thus give our people more opportunities to learn.
