Dear Reader,
Our guess is that you already knew it, but let us say it again : STMicroelectronics makes the world's broadest range of non-volatile memories. Whatever the application, there is an ST device to provide your system with the best cost/performance ratio.
OTP and UV EPROMs provide economical software code or data storage. Standard and advanced architecture Flash memories provide field programmable updating and non-volatile data storage. Serial and parallel EEPROMs are byte level re-writable and give the highest flexibility
for any data storage. Application specific memories are optimized for specific applications, boosting performance and cutting costs. ST's new range of memory systems combines memory types to provide the memory resources for complete systems, such as Flash memory plus EEPROM or SRAM. And finally, ST's non-volatile RAMs provide SRAM performance and clock/calendar options, with battery backup for 10 years.
The focus in this edition of Product News is our range of EEPROMs, Memory Systems and ASM products. Should you need additional information, come visit us on the WEB at www.st.com/memory. |
