| Main Features of TSH340 & TSH341 |
The TSH34x uses a voltage feedback architecture combined with
a very high speed complementary technology of 0.25µm
to achieve a large bandwidth of up to 300MHz for only 9.8mA
quiescent current.
A high slew rate, and a gain flatness of 65MHz combined with
a low input voltage noise of 7nV/ Hz
and a very good distortion of 70dBc (2Vpp/10MHz on 150Ω)
make the TSH34x an excellent choice for driving DAC outputs
on 75Ω video lines. This series of devices are input/output
negative rail, which allows them to drive the signal down
to 60mV (tested value) from GND in 0/5V single supply.
This feature is particularly useful because it permits one
to drive the video signal directly from the DAC output without
any transition capacitance. The TSH340 is a buffer with an
internal gain which provides savings both on board space and
in number of components. The value of the gain is 6dB to allow
the right level of the video signal while maintaining good
line matching. The TSH341 is an op-amp using the same architecture
but allowing flexibility on the value of the gain.
