LM2901H

The LM2901 is a well-known, industry-standard product. However, it is not standard at all to find this product specified at a temperature higher than +125 °C. STMicroelectronics has developed the LM2901H which is specified up to the temperature of +150 °C, while ensuring the optimum level of quality for this kind of product.
