Low Voltage

To answer the growing market demand for low-voltage devices, ST was the first supplier to introduce ultra low-voltage families the TS185x and TS187x able to work from 1.8 V up to 5.5 V.
In a process of continuous innovation to satisfy customers needs ST has just launched two other new low-voltage families the TSV911/2/4 and the TSV991/2/4 featuring:

•   CMOS input
•   rail-to-rail input and output
•   up to 20MHz bandwidth
