The TS7211 and TS7221 offer pin-to-pin compatibility with our leading competitors. They are particularly well suited to the portable requirements of communication equipment. Designed with high-performance BiCMOS technology, the TS7211 and TS7221 have the advantages of both MOS and bipolar technologies. Featuring 6 μA typical current consumption, these comparators achieve a 500 ns response time at Vcc = 5 V. The comparators’ rail-to-rail inputs ensure very good performance, even at low supply voltages. With supply voltages of 2.7 V, 5 V and 10 V over a wide industrial temperature range (-40, +85 °C), the TS7211 and TS7221 are suitable for a wide range of applications.
