TS861 - TS862 - TS864

Designed with high-performance BiCMOS technology, the TS86x have the advantages of both MOS and bipolar technologies. Featuring a typical current consumption of 6 µA, the TS86x achieve a 500 ns response time with 100 mV overdrive at Vcc = 5 V. The TS86x therefore exhibit an excellent speed to power consumption ratio. The TS86x operate over a wide industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C and are fully specified at 2.7 V, 5 V and 10 V, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
