The M41ST85W "Non-Volatizor" combines the features
of a Microprocessor Supervisor, a Serial Real-Time Clock,
and an NVRAM Supervisor, providing the ultimate system device.
Its Power-Fail Detect and Watchdog circuits manage the microprocessor
while its Battery Switchover and Write Protect circuits render
the Low-Power SRAM non-volatile.
