The
M41T94 is ST's first SPI-based Serial RTC. Besides
SPI bus (Serial Peripheral Interconnect), this feature-rich device
provides many Microprocessor Supervisor functions including Alarm
and Watchdog, Power-on Reset/Low-Voltage Detect, Push-Button Reset,
and Battery Monitor.
