The ST9 microcontroller series is a high-performance MCU family which offers fast program execution, efficient use of memory, fast data handling and context switching, input/output flexibility, with easy system expansion.
It is based on single-voltage Flash memory and features EEPROM (E3 TM), a unique concept patented by STMicroelectronics, which eliminates the need for an external data EEPROM memory.
