Power board based on SEMITOP 3

The STEVAL-IHM009V1 evaluation board is based on the STG3P3M25N60 Semikron module and features 6 IGBTs and relevant freewheeling diodes. The board is designed to highlight the advantages of three-phase inverters which utilize ST modules for motor control applications.

The system is comprised of a power board and control board connected through a six-in-line interface. This guarantees a very low level of power and signal noise interference while offering flexible and highly reliable customization options, making it an excellent choice as an original platform for a more complete and dedicated system.

The power board can work directly from the AC mains (120 V or 220 V) or DC external power supply. The auxiliary low voltage supply is located on the board and works with applications rated above 50 VDC.
