 The STEVAL-IHM011V1 evaluation board is a complete platform to evaluate STMicroelectronics’ SEMITOP2 power module devices. Based on a cost-effective, flexible and open design, this evaluation platform is compatible with the latest STMicroelectronics’ microcontroller-based solution. It includes the 10 A, 600 V STG3P2M10N60B IGBT power module (see Note).
This evaluation board has a motor-control connector and hardware features for developing motor-control applications, as well as hardware protection features such as current and thermal protection.
Note: The kit has been designed and tested to work with European mains up to 380 Vdc. |
