The M40Z300W is an NVRAM Supervisor which converts standard low power
SRAMs into non-volatile memory. A precision voltage reference
and comparator monitors the Vcc input for an out-of-tolerance
condition. It is perfect for implementing high-density,
battery-backed SRAMs for Server and RAID applications.
It can be easily connected to most microprocessors and
microcontrollers, and its Power-on Reset/Low-Voltage Detect
Output can provide supervisor functions for the microprocessor. |
