The M24LR family of Dual Interface EEPROMs feature both standard RF and I2C interfaces. With an ISO 15693-capable NFC smartphone or an industrial RFID reader, it can easily transmit information from the heart of the system, supporting applications for:

The Dual Interface EEPROM family comes with a large range of reference designs, evaluation tools, and application notes. It is available in various packages, in 3 memory densities (4, 16 and 64K), and is backward compatible with serial EEPROMs. ST provides a complete solution with the companion RF transceiver, and many driver libraries for MCUs, including the STM32 and STM8.
