STMicroelectronics India Hosts IEEE Workshop on Advanced Analog DesignDistinguished professor and industry veteran lectures on Analog and Digital PLLs and VCO-based ADCs
Dr. Perrott’s lecture on Analog and Digital PLLs (Phase-Lock Loops), VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator)-based ADCs (Analog Digital Converters) and Simulation of PLLs aims at expanding the technical community’s design know-how in the analog domain.
A distinguished IEEE-SSCS lecturer, Dr. Perrott received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1997 with a thesis titled "Techniques for High Data-Rate Modulation and Low-Power Operation of Fractional-N Frequency Synthesizers.”
The ST-hosted workshop in Greater Noida aims to facilitate focused interactions between the distinguished IEEE lecturer and academia/students while providing them with an opportunity for a hands-on experience in PLL design presented by experts on PLL and frequency synthesis.
