They are available with:
- an input voltage of up to 40 V
- maximum currents of up to 5 A
- fixed and adjustable output voltage versions starting from 1.2 V
- typical dropout voltage range from 1.1 to 1.7 V
The available packages (miniature to high power) are SOT-89, TO-92, SO-8, DPAK, D2PAK, TO-220, TO-220FP and TO-3.
