SEA05L features very efficient LED driving
The SEA05L is a highly-integrated voltage controller with a LED pilot lamp driver for dual control loop SMPS applications that require CV (constant voltage) and CC (constant current) regulation.
It integrates a voltage reference, two op amps (with OR-ed open-drain outputs), a low-side current sensing circuit ,and a LED pilot-lamp driver implemented with an open-drain MOSFET driven by square waveform with 12.5% duty cycle at 1 kHz that reduces LED consumption.
Housed in one of the smallest available packages (SOT23-6L), the SEA05L is ideal for space-shrunk applications such as adapters and chargers with a LED pilot lamp.
