Continuous improvement focuses on improving the satisfaction of all ST interested parties. It is achieved through breakthrough projects and on-going incremental changes to the products, processes, our quality management system and our organization.
In order to reach Zero Defects, quality must be developed through the whole Product Qualification Flow.
In ST, we use audits to ensure accurate and valuable information for strategic planning and other decision making. Our audit programs cover both ST operations as well as outsourced activities and suppliers.
