ST and MACOM have achieved key technology and performance milestones for RF GaN-on-Si. The technology brings high potential for 5G and 6G infrastructure, offering performance and cost benefits versus current RF Power Amplifier technologies.

ST Singapore has appointed the SP Group to build a District Cooling System for its AMK TechnoPark. This will help the site achieve 20% savings in cooling-related electricity consumption per year while contributing to carbon emissions reduction.
