BlueNRG-Tile development kit webinar

How to easily integrate a Bluetooth® Low Energy enabled multi-sensor node into your IoT design

Accelerate your next IoT node design with the BlueNRG-Tile, a 1-inch coin-shaped Bluetooth multi-sensor module development kit.

This 1-hour webinar recording will show you how to simplify the integration of sensors, a Bluetooth Low Energy system-on-chip (SoC), and sensor fusion libraries into your next IoT design using the BlueNRG-Tile development kit (STEVAL-BCN002V1B).

This tiny device consists of a 1-inch diameter coin-shaped board containing a low power inertial module (accelerometer + gyroscope), state-of-the-art magnetometer, a Time-of-Flight proximity sensor with a 4 m detection capability, pressure sensor, humidity and temperature sensor, a digital MEMS microphone and the BlueNRG-232 Bluetooth Low Energy application processor compliant with the Bluetooth 5.0 standard.

BlueNRG-Tile can be used as a sensing and connectivity hub for developing products such as wearables, gaming accesories, tracking systems, tags and smart home IoT devices.

You will learn:

  • How to use the BlueNRG-Tile kit to quickly develop a Bluetooth Low Energy smart sensor node prototype
  • To create a Bluetooth Low Energy smart sensor datalogger using the BlueNRG-Tile board and its companion "ST BLE Sensor" app for smartphones and tablets (Android and iOS)
  • How to easily integrate sensor fusion algorithms into your sensor node design
  • To upgrade firmware over-the-air (OTA) using Bluetooth Low Energy and a mobile app
