The newest addition to the FlightSense™ family, the VL53L5CX is a new state-of-the-art sensor housed in a miniature reflowable package that integrates a SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode) array, physical infrared filters, and Diffractive Optical Elements (DOE) to achieve outstanding ranging performance in various ambient lighting conditions.
These features make the VL53L5CX an optimal solution to address advanced use-cases such as wake-on-approach system activation, and gesture-based access and control for thermostats.
