An all-in-one solution to improve the efficiency and thermal performance of HEV/EV traction inverters
An all-in-one solution to improve the efficiency and thermal performance of HEV/EV traction inverters
Our versatile ACEPACK DRIVE power module portfolio includes advanced devices with both 750 and 1200 V blocking voltages. These modules feature a very low RDS(on) , reduced switching losses and outstanding properties in synchronous rectification mode. They also maximize thermal performance thanks to a direct liquid-cooled baseplate and an AMB substrate. This design improves efficiency, extends the mileage range of electric vehicles, and reduces the space needed for the system.
