Designed for use in automotive applications, these double-channel, high-side drivers feature a wide input voltage range of 4 to 28 V, making them suitable for use with a variety of power sources.
Embedding advanced protection features, these VIPower switches also feature a diagnostic output pin that provides information on the status of the load, such as open load or short circuit conditions.
Housed in a compact PowerSSO-16 package to ensure excellent thermal performance, the VND9008AJ, VND9012AJ and VND9025AJ are tailored for different loads, featuring typical on-resistance values per channel of 9.4 mΩ, 12 mΩ, and 25 mΩ, respectively.
