The SIGFOX-MOD1 modules are certified to run within Sigfox network. They come with a set of AT-commands to facilitate integration into existing products and are versatile enough to add sensors. This can significantly reduce the BOM of the end product and the overall cost.
Two versions are available: one with mounted chip antenna and one for external antenna to guarantee full flexibility.

The SIGFOX-MOD1 can also be used to transfer proprietary Sub-GHz protocol based on 868 MHz band. To reduce BOM cost, the module‘s 32bit ARM microcontroller can also be used to run the application software.

Sigfox SW Stack and AT-commands:
Sigfox narrow band protocol based on 868 MHz. AT-COMMANDS: The communication with the module is based on an UART interface. The following UART configuration are used:
- Baud rate 115200
- 1 Stop bit
- No Parity
There is no timeout implemented which is monitoring the duration of receiving the characters.
