This firmware package (X-CUBE-LPDEMO-F7) consists of a basic low-power smart watch use case, which displays time and screen saver on the STM32F746G Discovery board display.
In this use case the power consumption is saved, thanks to the efficient use of the STM32F7 low-power modes.
The user can choose the screen-saver memory location (Flash, SDRAM, Quad-SPI Flash) through a displayed menu.
The firmware project is provided with two workspaces: Flash_AXI and Flash_ITCM. In the first one the code is executed from the Flash AXI. In the second one the code is executed from the Flash ITCM.
This application is developed with the STM32Cube embedded software. It uses the IAR™EWARM, the Keil®MDK-ARM™and the SW4STM32 tool chains and can be easily tailored for any other tool chain.
