ST's IGBT/MOSFET multiple (triple) drivers are power pulse transformer drivers provided with a current sensing comparator that inhibits the output when an over-current event is signaled by an alarm line.
They also feature a programmable under-voltage lockout functionality and a standby mode. They are perfectly suited for interface control ICs with power switches in low-side or half-bridge configurations. Typical applications include low-side IGBT and power MOSFET drivers in 3-phase systems, pulse transformer drivers, and general-purpose pulse drivers.
