- The smallest 2-5 multi-line full range packages

Get rid of ESD hazards with new ultra-low-clamping 0201 ESD protection
Thanks to its snap-back technology, ESDZV5-1BF4 and ESDZL5-1F4 single-line TVS diodes provide the best in-class clamping voltage (V CL) down to 7 V for an 8 kV ESD contact discharge (IEC 61000-4-2). The peak pulse current (I PP) capability has been upgraded to 7 A to protect against electrical overstress (EOS). With the flexibility of a single line in the tiny 0201 (0.6 x 0.3 mm) package, removing the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) for core ICs and microcontrollers has now become simpler.
