The ST33 secure microcontroller family meets the advanced security and performance requirements of SIM cards and embedded SIMs for consumer and M2M, and is suitable for the design of NFC-enabled secure elements, Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs) and secure elements in automotive applications.
Built on the latest ARM® SecurCore® 32-bit RISC processor and a high-performance architecture, the ST33 platform offers a large memory capacity, multiple communication interfaces and certified cryptographic libraries. It is available in different form factors, including wafer, micromodule, DFN and WLCSP packages.
