ST Developer Workshop Neuchatel 2018

The CSEM Industrial IoT Day Neuchâtel powered by CSEM and Innovation World Cup® will bring SMEs, Swiss start-ups, developers and researches together with international companies from the high-tech industry to discuss the current status of Industry 4.0.

This year’s Developer Workshop features a Hands-on workshop based on ST's tiny, highly-integrated SensorTile reference design and open development platform for smart sensing solutions.

Learn how to use ST’s SensorTile development kit to develop monitoring and tracking applications. The SensorTile development kit (STEVAL-STLKT01V1) includes:

  • SensorTile connectable sensor node (STEVAL-STLCS01V1) with an STM32 microcontroller, digital microphone, inertial and environmental sensors and BLE connectivity
  • SensorTile expansion Cradle board equipped with audio DAC, USB port, Arduino UNO R3 and SWD connectors
  • SensorTile Cradle with battery charger, humidity and temperature sensor, SD memory card slot, USB port and breakaway SWD connector
  • 100 mAh Li-Ion battery
  • Plastic box

Through application examples participants will learn how to connect the IoT node to a smartphone via BLE and use a suitable Android™ or iOS™ application, like the BlueMS mobile app, to view real-time environmental sensor data, motion sensor data, digital microphone levels and battery level.

Participants will receive free of charge a SensorTile development kit (STEVAL-STLKT01V1).
