数字温度传感器的功耗低至20 µA,分辨率最高可达12位,能够以数字化形式显示温度值(分辨率可达0.0625℃),确保在-55至+125℃工作范围内保持高精度。
附加特性包括:具有可选地址(最多8个)I2C/SMBus输出,节能式一次性温度读取,面向中断或恒温器/比较器功能的专用引脚,以及具有迟滞的可编程阈值。我们的数字传感器经过工厂校准,无需任何外部组件便可测量温度。
