STM32L4 series of ultra-low-power and performance MCUs
STM32L431, STM32L451 & STM32L471 devices extend the ultra-low-power portfolio and performance with an ARM® Cortex®-M4 core with DSP and floating-point unit (FPU) at 80 MHz.
- The STM32L431 portfolio offers from 128 Kbytes to 256 Kbytes of Flash and from 32-to 100-pin packages. Its memory range can easily be extended using SDIO & Quad-SPI interfaces.
- The STM32L451 portfolio offers from 256 Kbytes to 512 Kbytes of Flash and from 48-to 100-pin packages. Its memory range can easily be extended using SDIO & Quad-SPI interfaces.
- The STM32L471 portfolio offers from 512 Kbytes to 1 Mbyte of Flash and from 64- to 144-pin packages. Its memory range can easily be extended using SDIO, Quad-SPI and FSMC interfaces.
