Solution Description

高度通用且高效的电动牵引逆变器解决方案通过电压为48V的普通低速电动车电池可为汽车传动系统提供5kW功率。

该设计采用一个带有FOC库的汽车级SPC5微控制器(MCU)控制一个面向三相同步电机的L9907可编程栅极驱动器,且具有故障监测和诊断功能。

通过排列在绝缘金属基板(IMS)上的36个STripFET F7汽车级功率MOSFET提供电源,确保了卓越的散热性能。

总线链接电容器确保更稳定的电源输入,而传感元件为实现有效的电机控制提供了必要的电机电流反馈信息。
