ACEPACK power modules with a converter-inverter-brake topology
ST’s ACEPACK™ power modules with a converter-inverter-brake topology are a very compact solution for simple, efficient and rugged industrial motor designs.
In addition to an integrated 5K NTC temperature sensor, these power modules feature a 1600 V 3-phase bridge rectifier to provide the fastest connection between grid and load, and also include an extra IGBT for applications that require fast braking.
In combination with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C for increased robustness, the flexibility and characteristics of ACEPACK packages bring additional power and design features to guarantee the best possible solution for your applications.
