STの車載用ファストリカバリ･ダイオード（AEC-Q101準拠）は、オンボード・チャージャ（OBC）2次側の整流だけでなく、多くの車載機器に含まれるDC-DCコンバータでの使用を目的に開発された製品です。-40°C～+175°C（Tᴊ）の動作温度を保証しています。製品型番末尾の拡張子Yは、その製品が車載用製品であることを示します。STの車載用ファストリカバリ･ダイオードは、STPOWERファミリの製品です。
OBCおよび2ホイーラ / 3ホイーラ･バッテリ･チャージャ用に開発されたSTの600Vファストリカバリ･ダイオードRQシリーズは、AEC-Q101に準拠した高速かつ静音な製品です。高耐圧D²PAKパッケージ（D²PAK HV）で提供され、アノードとカソードの間の沿面距離を、標準のD²PAKの1.38mmから3.48mm以上に拡張します。RQシリーズの製品は、STのすべての車載用ダイオードと同様に、-40°C～+175°C（Tᴊ）の接合部温度で動作することが保証されています。また、ソフト・リカバリ特性と低い順方向電圧降下（VF）の優れたトレードオフを提供します。
順電流定格が15A～30AであるSTのファストリカバリ・ダイオードSTTH15RQ06G2YおよびSTTH30RQ06G2Yでは、産業グレード製品とAEC-Q101準拠の車載用製品が用意されており、表面実装型高耐圧D²PAKパッケージで提供されます。
