PCB design: Altium & Kicad are used extensively for all our PCB designs. We render 3D models for our pcb's that are inputs for mechanical team to manufacture enclosures. High power pcb design demands stringent constraints in creppages, voltage clearances, noise immunity, EMI issues . Best layout practices minimize these issues creeping up once the designs move out of lab and are installed in the field. With an invaluable experince in this field, we minimie the pcb iterations and thus save a lot of time for our clients
Digital Control: Our engineers are well versed with both Base software and Application software development. Statemachine development is our forte for development projects. For IP sensitive products, we prefer developing on Embedded control insteead of Analog ASIC's which are easily prone to IP thefts. We implement control loops on digital compensators instead of analog compensators that tend to increase BOM cost and PCB space. Scaling up of power is easy with Digital platform based control for power electronics application
Magnetics Design: Design engineers at Innerve's Labs not only have a strong understanding of faraday's laws but also on the material properties of almost all the magnetic material cores like ferrites, Powdered Iron, Amorphous- Nanocrystalline, cores that are used for magnetic conversion. All the power coversion modules use either transformer or inductors and it is of paramount importance to design them right. Our excel based calculations almost always match closely with the practical designs and is one of the skills that we have managed to improve upon iteration after iterations, year after year.
Testing & Root cause analysis: Our state of the art laboratory enables out to point the cause of problems and be able to solve it with a right approach. We have high end oscilloscopes, Hihg bandwidth current probes, Voltage probes, Power Analysers, Load banks, Lithium Ion battery banks, Power supplies of wide power ranges and Motor generator testbench, solar panel setup, help us in the rootcause analysis of recreate & debug the problems that are common to field in the lab itself. Our strong understanding of sofware adn hardware problems help us alienating the issues in the shortest possible time. We can do production in small quantitites for pilot lots with characterisation tests in the lab istelf
IP development & University association: We develop IP's in hardware and software s and use them for our customer needs. This enables our clients for a fast goto market possibility with IPs that are pre developed and customised as per client needs. We are currently working on softswitching converters and complex control algorithms for motor control applications. We associate with the technology universities for access to the latest research problems.
